The Biltmore impressed with its superb location and elegant ambiance, though I encountered some delays in service and minor issues like cleanliness in the room. The staff's friendliness made a difference, but improvements in attentiveness would elevate the experience further.

The room was spacious and clean, really liked that! The beds were super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. One thing though, there was some street noise that could be annoying at times. I enjoyed the atmosphere and how well everything looked.

We had an amazing time hanging out by the rooftop pool and enjoying the spa facilities during our stay. The breakfast spread was top-notch, really hit the spot each morning! Just a heads up, the heating in our room was a bit much at times, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience, so I’d definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway! 😊

this was my fifth stay at the biltmore and i cant think of any other hotel in london. the location is unbeatable and the cleanliness of the rooms is amazin (house keeping is doin an amazing job). in room service and food is very good. the bell boy raul is super nice and always happy to see us again every year.
